| I'm moving!!!!! Don't worry, I'm just moving my Xanga site. The new site is www.xanga.com/kingpho
Isn't that so appropriate for me?
| So finally, the King has gotten his Crown. Here it is peeps, what we all have been waiting for. . . .my Pho King shirt. Read it and wip baby!
What better way to celebrate my new crown than by eating Pho. The only thing is, it was PHO 87 in china town and not PHO 79 . BTW, do you see me holding that lime? LIME is KEY for a good PHO
Ladyz and Gentlemen. . .please put your hands together pho the one and only PHO-rend that got me this PHO KING shirt, Mr. Baddabang!
Be sure to check out his XANGA for some hilarious posts: xanga.com/baddabang. Oh yeah, we also exchanged hairs. He gave me all his head-hair and I gave him all my chin-hair. I thought it was a pretty even exchange wouldn't you say? But we did keep our leg-hair to ourselves. No exchange there. Can you believe we were freshmen year roomates in Irvine? The Lord has a sense of humor.

| Aight. . .so this will probably be the last of the PHO replacement post I'll be placing. Anything from here on out will be for mere enjoyment and not for PHO replacement.
Here are some other dishes that would replace PHO, if it didn't exist.
There is this dish called Milanesa which is sort of like country fried steak or Dong Kat Su but it tastes completely different. It's sooooooo good, you can eat it as a entree on a plate or place it between buns and have it as a sandwich in your hands.

A variation of this dish, and one of my all time favorite is Milanesa a la Napolitana. You basically add hot chunky tomatoe sauce, thin slices of ham, and top it with melting jack, swiss, or parmesan cheese. Maybe had sliced olives to kick it another notch. . . .BAM!
Noquis (PHOnetically is gnoquis) is another one of my favorite pasta dishes. As you can see, a lot of these dishes have great italian influence due to the great amount of Italian immigrants that went to Argentina during the 1960's.
Finally, empanadas. Now, having said this, most Latin countries have their variation of empanadas. My favorite empanadas are Paraguyan and Argentinian styles. My wife learned to make these from my sisters and now she makes some killer empanadas.
The perfect condiment to go with these empanadas? CICA's hot souce, which can only be found in South America. But cheer up! I can't leave you hanging like that. . . I have found a good alternative for you. I know, I know. Just calle me the God-PHOther. You kome ttoo mee asking for help. . .well then, I must do my best to help. (That was the worse Don Vito Corleone impression I've ever done). Anyways, Louisianna Hot souce is a very close alternative to CICA. Among them, my favorite is Crystal Lousianna.
Well, there you go. If you want to know how to get your hands on some of this great stuff, you can find many Argentinian restaurants around LA county. Avoid the most 'popular' places like El Gaucho Grill. They're not that good nor have that original taste.
Watev's, I'm done for today.
| Kids have always been an infatuation for me and my wife. Hence, she is the children's pastor at our church. That being said, here are some of the kids in our lives that get much of our attention and love these days.

The reason for which I'm posting this thread on xanga this week is cuz me and Esther have an announcement for all of ya. We want to introduce you to our very first child. Here is a picture of our yet to be born baby. Yes, this is an actual picture of our ultrasound from couple of weeks ago where we saw the heart beat. It was crazy. The baby is less than an inch tall.
Can you find him/her? I'll give you a hint, the baby looks like it's in deep meditation and is levitating like a sabirian monk who forgot to drink their V8, and thus, is tilting a bit to the left. If you still can't find the baby, I placed a circle around it. As you can see, unlike many of your predictions, our kid is not going to be just lips with legs~

We covet your prayers. Esther and I have been married for a bit longer than 2 years and it's been awesome. Highly recommend marrige to all of ya that are old enough to do so. The baby is 10 weeks old and both the mother and the baby are doing well thus far.
First thing I'm going to say to the baby when he/she is born: "Who's your daddy?"
Watev's, i'm done for the day.
| So like I mentioned to ya'll before. The penalty was given to us this past sunday for loosing in bowling against the girls. Here are the outfits we had to wear. Mine, by the way, was obviously the worse.
The three Amigos over here on the couch the sunday morning. Karlos, Ed, & Alex. I think Ed actually looks good, LOL.

This is Jane making fun of Alex. The funny thing is, in church, all the people thought that it was he's normal attire.

I can't believe my wife actually agreed to buy this outfit for me. What was she thinking? I don't think she was thinking at all . . . I look like I got boxers on. By the way, these shorts are mighty short. I had to sag it like I was 'back in the day.' Seriously, when I first tried it on, they were as short as the boxers I was wearing that day.

All of us that went bowling except Jane cuz she was teaching BS in youth group. By the way BS is bible study, you dirty mouth people. Although some might say they're the same thing, but that's a whole different xanga post LOL.

Me and Alex. I'm fixing my tie cuz I want to look good for the picture. YEAH RIGHT, as if anything I do could actually make me look good with this outfit on~~

Why oh Lord have you let my enemies triumph over me? How long oh Lord must I roam the streets in clothes made out of rejected patterns and designs? Where are you in my time of need and why do I get the short end of the stick? Revenge belongs to God, and thus I will call upon Thee when is time to knock those pins down with my fearless bowling ball, oh my God and my Rock.

I have never had King's Hawaiian cake before in my life but guess what, 2 very nice Dong-Sang's from UCI who now go to my church gave me this DELICIOSO cake for my berfday! Thank you Alice and Chain, I mean Alice and Jane + t.

It was soooooooooooooooo good! Very moist and fluffy, just the way I like cake. I don't like them dense and heavy. Not too sweet but just enough to eat it again. I had it with milk, yummy PHO my tummy.
Here is something I haven't said in a while,
